Extremely cool. My favorite part, by far, is the texture on the...skin..I guess I could call it? The way it looks like crumpled up paper, very creative. I think you could have take that texture in closer to the eyes though...The left eye (our left, not its) which has that dark shading under it would look better if a bit more of the skin's texture came through. At the momment that area looks a bit to much like it was pasted in.
The piece is very dynamic, and has great design elements. It would look great in a layout or something. Great work!

simple, once you find a texture that you like (it can be anything really, like rust.) and put it on its own layer above your background- which im my case is the eyes. Then change it's blending mode to multiply, soft light, something like that-it all depends on your taste. After that just set the opacity how you like it and erase parts of the texture that you don't want to be visible. It all depends on your taste and how you want it to look, just play around with it abit.
